I want to get A-line wedding dresses,but they are very expensive what I fond.Um,their qulity is very important also.I hope anyone can give me a good answer quickly.

I’m hosting a couples’ bridal shower soon. It’s an evening party and will be fairly large. To enable the bridal couple to spend more time visiting with their guests instead of just unwrapping presents, may I request that gifts be delivered to me or the other hostess ahead of time to be opened early and displayed at the shower? The majority of the guests work in the same building as the other hostess (at a church), so it wouldn’t really be out of their way. It seems like a good idea, but I’m not sure how to ask, or if it would be well received by the guests. If I decide to go this way, I’ll use an enclosure in the invitation – how should I word it?

I have read that some cultures/religions continue to wear wedding rings on the right hand, but I can find little documentation of the historical traditions attached to wedding rings in the US or the Americas.

I found the perfect pair of wedding shoes and even though the picture looks like they are a cream/off-white colour, I was devastated when I read the details and they were actually beige. I even contacted the seller and asked if they really looked ‘browny beige’ or was the picture true and did they look off-white and she said that no, they looked browny beige.
Anyway—– they have the exact same pair in a silver, and I was wondering….would it look trashy, or clashy? Because they are really stylish and modern and……something different! I could look go outside the box. But I don’t want to look trashy or tacky.
What do you think? My dress is floor length and an A-line skirt so they will show, but they won’t be as emphasised as with like a silhouette dress.

My wedding is in October, and I’m preparing the wedding invitations for mailing. There are a select few of my co-workers (5 out of 35) whom I would like to invite. This limitation is based on (1) budgetary restraints and (2) a more personal relationship with the selected co-workers. The invitations will be mailed to the co-workers’ home mailing address. It is a destination wedding (would be about a 3 – 4 hour drive for most of my co-workers), so, I think everyone would understand if they didn’t get an invitation. My question is this: Should I include a personal note with the invitation stating "Due to budgetary restraints, we are able to invite only a few individuals from the office." I’m trying to figure out a way to let them know that not everyone from the office is invited so they don’t start talking about the invitation with someone else in the office who didn’t get one (assuming everyone was invited). Any thoughts?

I want to shine it up a little bit, can i use a house hold product? I dont want to damage the texture or ruin the color. An experienced answer please.

I want to buy lingerie but I’m not sure what would look good on me. I have a light complexion with yellow under tones, slim and petite…I have a chest but…little butt.. I’m southeastern asian. I’m not sure what colors would fit best for me too. Thanks a lot

I moved out 2mos ago after being married for 2yrs. He says I took everything out of the house that I paid for…NOW he is asking for the wedding rings back that HE paid for.

Rest of the catering bill- 0 (parents are paying other 00)

I am thinking about skipping getting my hair & makeup done and doing it myself. I am buying basic blank cards from a craft store and stamping my own thank you cards. We have a contract with the DJ otherwise we would just use a laptop for music… but we can’t now.
We’re not handing out favours, but having a candy buffet. Buying candy in bulk, putting it in bowls and stamping white paper bags with our wedding colours and design.
how can I cut down on bridal party gift costs? I paid for their dresses. I am really trying to keep their gifts at around 0, not the budgeted 0… was thinking about framing a nice picture of me with each of the girls and giving them as gifts, along with a mini spa kit (bath bombs, lotions, scrubs, etc).
I just bought the dress for my daughter on clearance for – now my son needs khakis, a white golf shirt, and both kids need shoes.
Was thinking about how to spend less on the rings- a brushed white gold/titanium/silver band for hubby, and a white gold band for myself. Where is the cheapest we can get them? Online is fine, as long as they will arrive on time.
I also need to buy the following–

tea lights
spool of raffia
white paper bags
placecards & bulletin board for place cards
mini plant pots with greenery in them
tulle
green and chocolate brown ribbon
some fake green button mums or something similar
a big wreath form to make a wreath with the flowers

any ways i can cut down these costs even more? I only have like 00 TOPS for the rest of this! And what is the ettiquette on tipping the caterer/minister/dj?

We didn’t ask the person who put our invitations together to do it. Is there an easy program to use to create a map with driving directions or somewhere on the internet that I can do it?

Can the bachelor or bachelorette cheat for that one night and do whatever they want and not get in trouble for it??? Like what happens?

Most people get married wearing a white wedding dress, I want to be different, apart from anything other than the color of a white wedding dress the most appropriate?

Is it rude for the Maid of Honor (who is the sister of the bride) to expect the rest of the bridesmaids to throw two bridal showers and a bachlorette party with her? Of the four people who are MOH/bridesmaids, only two of us (my other college best friend and I) have significant jobs. The other to (including the MOH and fourth bridesmaid) are in college and high school, respectively. The two of us that have jobs are just out of college and I am newly married myself while my friend is trying to save to buy a house. We offered to throw the bachlorette party but never said a thing about the showers. Should we be expected to foot the bill for the showers too? Especially when her mom is choosing a venue that sounds a bit pricey? I thought these were thrown as a gift to the bride by an extended family member such as an aunt, cousin, or close family friend. Am I in the wrong?

I have the wedding invitation wording figured out I just would like to make it clear so at the bottom of the invitation it states- for immmideate family only. I have seen it before but I just can’t remember how to word it.

I work with my hands, so I want something strong. I hear that tungsten and titanium are strong, but I’m concerned that the color will not look the same as white gold or platinum,or they won’t look as shiny. Or should I just go with white gold or platinum?

I need help with the music for my wedding next month. I have a pianist lined up to play, but my problem is I don’t know how much music I need to have picked out. How many songs and for which parts do I pick music out for? Any suggestions on really nice songs for the ceremony? Do I only pick out music at certain times when people are walking in and if so then which people and then the lighting of the unity? Sorry guys, I just don’t even know where to begin. I guess I’m not on the up of wedding music. Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.
