My good friend is getting married and I’m the MOH…I have planned nothing yet! I don’t know the first thing about bridal/bachelorette showers because I didn’t have either whenI got married. For the bridal shower, I was thinking about having a lingerie/tool party so the guys and gals can both come. I was thinking light refreshments then splitting for the gifts and coming back for dinner and a game. Any game ideas? I want to keep dinner very minimal as well. Also, I will be BROKE after the bridal shower so I’m not sure what to do for the bachelorette party which is like three weeks later. I know my friend wants to see some naked men and get really blitzed but I can’t afford to hire a stripper. Anyone know of any good male strip clubs or reviews in Georgia? Any other ideas to make the night festive? My friend is the mother of a one year old and she’s 24 so her senior yr in college she missed going out and having fun so I want to make her last party as a single lady fun…help!
Okay, I just want to make it clear that I am hosting a bridal shower AND a bachelorette party. I was thinking guys/gals for the bridal shower so the men can particpate to. I also need gender friendly game ideas.

For the bachelorette party, she DOES want a stripper but I can’t pay for one. I need to know where male strip clubs are in Atlanta. Also, for the bachelorette party I need some pre-strip club party ideas.

How far in advance before the wedding should you send out the invitations?

I have not worn flat shoes in almost a year! I never wear flat shoes, don’t even own any! What should I do? I always wear 4+ inch high heels for everything!

my bf and I are going to get married next week and we still haven’t found the best wedding rings. Since this is a rush wedding (we plan to migrate this year together), I fear that i may want to change my ring in the near future. The one we’re eying now is not really the one that I want but he wanted ours to look the same and it is the best option.. we lack time and shops to look for here.

so my MOH & my bridesmaids are going to throw me a bachelorette party its going to be like for 30+ girls in one of my bridesmaids apt so im exited for that

my mom is throwing me a bridal shower with her friends & my mother-in-law friends which im kind of down for i know most of my mom’s friends

& then my aunt [[my mom's sister]] is throwing me a bridal shower at her house in Salinas [[like four hours away from where i live]] with most of the girls going i won’t even know
i kind of don’t want the bridal shower in Salinas with people i don’t know! i really don’t care for the gifts im not going to register or anything
i will be grateful for whatever people can afford to buy me!

my mom & her friends are really exited to throw me a bridal shower so im not going to say No & my aunt i love her lots i don’t want to tell her No but all this seems to much attention for me

What do people usually do for bachelorette parties? The one I’m planning is taking place at a bridesmaids house because not everyone is old enough to go out to the bars. So besides getting snacks, drinks, and a stripper what else should we do? Ideas pleaseeeee!

Alot of my coworkers are invited to my wedding. I plan to hand deliver their invitations to them. Do I still need to write their addresses on the envelopes. Also do I include a stamp on the RSVP when most likely they can walk right over to my office and give them to me? I do not know the proper etiquette. Help!

Ok so my budget for flowers is very small and I was considering using silk flowers. What are your thoughts on this? and does anyone know of a website that sells really good silk flowers? OR if real flowers are the way to go… what flowers are in season in October (also: I live in Michigan if that makes a difference) and how can I save money??

My fiance and I are getting married in Mexico. She doesn’t want the rings soldered before the wedding, as she wants to wear her engagement ring until the day of and then add the wedding band during the ceremony. Is there a way (some kind of clasp or something) to keep the rings together while we are on our honeymoon, before we get them soldered together?
