tungsten mens wedding band help with sizing what men wedding band should i get?
A ring like this http://tungstenovernight.com/detail.cfm?mid=299&cat_id=1 it’s a tungsten diamond men wedding band it’s 8mm my fiance has pretty large fingers. Is 8 mm too small?
Would this ring be a good weight for him we don’t want overly heavy but defnitely do not want light, something with a "good" weight to it.
Would this finish be somewhat shiny? Catch eyes?
Thanks!
Kay Jewelers has this very same ring and it’s where I bought my FH ring. They just gave me the one on display so that I could give it to him in time for Valentines Day and then he could go back whenever he wanted to have his finger sized and then they ordered the correct size and we swapped out the display ring. Hope this doesn’t confuse you. Just call one of your local jewelers that carries the ring and see how they do it.
As long as you get the right ring size, it should be okay. As far as shine, its not as shiny as gold or silver. Its more of a muted shine. I think its perfect for someone who works wth his hands alot too. It wont damage as easily silver or gold.
I would take him into a jewelry store and have him try on a couple. Get an idea of what he likes…he’s going to be the one wearing it, after all. (Request that he do the same for your band, especially if you didn’t have any input on your e-ring. My guy picked out my e-ring, but I’ve told him I want input on my band.)
